A leading professional services firm is seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor on a fixed term contract basis.

About the Role

This is a broad role offering scope to manage an array of projects as well as lead on strategies. Duties include:

• Run diversity and inclusion programmes
• Act as a subject matter expert
• Run the wellbeing agenda
• Support and oversee internal networks
• Managing relationships with internal/external stakeholders including Partners
• Manage benchmarking and awards submissions
• Advise on processes and procedures

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a diversity and inclusion role and have expertise in wellbeing, preferably from working in a law firm or professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and being able to multitask is essential.
