Head Of Property Management – Duties

• Oversee the daily running of the property management department.
• Oversee a team of 3 who manage a large portfolio of residential units in the Stockport area.
• Offer assistance to the team when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key landlords.
• Handle escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
• Ensure compliance across the portfolio.
• General day to day property management duties.
• Manage and motivate your team.
• Provide training to team members.
• Deal with day to day management duties.

Head Of Property Management – Experience Needed:

• Previous property management experience at a senior level.
• ARLA qualified.
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to manage the whole property management department.
