This is a welcoming and inclusive primary school dedicated to inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning. They provide a supportive and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on children’s learning and development at a crucial stage in their education. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:

 

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour and engagement in learning.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events.

Ideal Year 3 Teacher:

 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring young learners.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities as a Year 3 Teacher.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
