Electrical Contracts Manager needed in South East London Paying  £29.68 per hr ref 1487914

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 Key Responsibilities:

 The contract is based on the management / delivery of a large Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reporting programme , the completion & certification of any remedial works identified to make the installation's Satisfactory and Domestic Fire Alarm Installation & Servicing works.

The contract manager will be responsible for managing a team of Inspectors and customer relationship officers and external contractors completing the works

The candidate should have experience in delivering / manging electrical contracts in a Social Housing environment and the challenges this presents.
