Full time hours on a temporary basis

Main responsibilities will be those of a litigation solicitor, with an emphasis on criminal regulatory prosecutions, but will also include the ability to get involved with other areas of work relating to litigation

The role includes giving advice in relation to technical areas of law, policy, governance, and the functions; Judicial Reviews; conducting litigation; and where necessary and appropriate appearing as advocate for the client in Court and at tribunals, hearings, and inquiries. Other responsibilities will relate to other work carried out by the Litigation Team, including civil and criminal litigation.
