Programme Manager (German Speaking)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German-speaking Programme Manager to join a leading engineering consultancy based in Leamington Spa. Working across a portfolio of technically demanding projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to a global customer base.

• Lead and manage multiple high-value, multi-year programmes for international clients.

• Act as the senior point of contact for customers, building strong and lasting relationships.

• Oversee project reviews, manage timelines, track budgets, and ensure project milestones are met.

• Support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, including after-sales service.

• Monitor project scope and lead customer negotiations on changes and variations.

• Report regularly on project performance to senior stakeholders.

• Ensure full compliance with internal project management standards and procedures.

• Fluent in German and English – essential for supporting customers in Germany.

• Solid background in automotive project delivery – ideally within motorsport or drive train systems.

• Degree qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project.

• Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and communication skills.

• Methodical approach to problem-solving using tools such as 8D or similar.

• Membership with APM or equivalent project management body.

• Experience working with MRP/ERP systems.
