The successful candidate will be carrying out a range of construction and property maintenance activities within the City boundary. 

They should be a confident and self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of Carpenter and also working with UPVC installation and property maintenance would be an advantage, it is essential for you to have a practical understanding of the construction / property maintenance industry.
