Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive growth. Key Responsibilities- Campaign Development: Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve business goals.
- Digital Marketing Management: Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other channels in line with the brand identity.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social platform insights. Use data-driven insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Brand Management: Maintain and improve brand awareness and consistency across all promotional materials and communications.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and promoting events such as trade shows, product launches, or webinars.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
- Creative Skills: Strong ability to create innovative content and campaign strategies.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in interpreting data to measure performance and refine campaigns.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Experience designing marketing materials using platforms like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
