Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Commercial Property lawyer with a proven track record in dealing with commercial property matters relating to asset portfolio management and experience in dealing with all aspects of land holdings be that for development, sale, lease or otherwise.

• You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to provide advice on all aspects of land dealings. 

• The candidate will have excellent communication, drafting skills and the ability to provide legal advice to a variety of audiences, including senior officers and Members.
