The successful candidate will help ensure estates are clean and well maintained. The Estate Services team is looking for an energetic person with a positive outlook to monitor the estates cleaning and ground maintenance contracts.

They should have previous contract management experience, being able to work with contractors to deliver a high-quality service that meets resident’s needs and will also need to be able to advise and support customers in resolving their concerns whilst helping design and provide solutions to improve the delivery of estate services.
