Delivery and compliance Manager

£500 a day PAYE or £622.50per day UMBRELLA

Temporary role initially until the end of June to be reviewed

37 hours per week

• To ensure procurement methods used in the execution of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) business plan, deliver optimum value for money within time and budget.

• To effectively lead, manage, motivate and direct a team of staff who deliver programmes for; statutory compliance, improvement, modernisation, and carbon reduction. In addition, the post holder is also responsible for contract performance.
