Are you looking for an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator role within a long standing, well respected name in the city centre. After building an enviable reputation and market share this independent sales and lettings Estate Agent has a strong sales division and is looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to complement the existing team.

The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have at least 12 months industry experience, be extremely well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to succeed within the Estate Agency industry.

 

The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have similar experience and will have gained a strong understanding of the sales process from initial viewing to sales completion. To work in the city centre it is essential the successful Sales Negotiator has a natural go getter mentality. Business generation will be pivitol to success due to the high demand for property in the area. 

With this role the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser, booking viewings, generating market appraisals, conducting viewings and negotiating the sale.

Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:

  • Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
  • Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
  • Manage client records and feedback through our system
  • Market new stock across multiple media platforms
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
  • Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is ideal
  • Ideally you will have hands on knowledge of the Birmingham city centre market
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
