Maintenance Surveyor needed in Leatherhead Paying £20.88 per hr Ref 0009 EB61 /1

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

• • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess maintenance needs and identify potential issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the condition of properties, including recommendations for repairs and improvements.
  • Project Management: Oversee maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and building codes.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for maintenance projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with property owners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities.
