An experienced and strong Sous Chef is required a for a unique food concept stall in Liverpool. Asian influences paired with European Fusion cuisine. Street food at its finest, stall based in a new market concept located at the heart of the capital of culture, Liverpool.
The ideal candidate would have;
You will be responsible for successfully running the day to day food operation, however, will be managed by and have the support of a Head Chef who has many years of experience in this style of cuisine. You will also have a team of CDP’s to assist you.
As this cuisine is stall based, all prep work will be done in one of the company’s restaurant kitchens - All dishes will be completed and served at the stall.
You will be provided with the appropriate equipment necessary for preparing, cooking and transporting food. You will benefit from the support of an experienced team of professional chefs and restaurateurs through each stage of service.
Shifts patterns will vary with a mixture of straights shifts, late/early shifts and split shifts. As a result of the variation in shifts, you will benefit from plenty of day time finishes and sociable hours.
This role would suit a Sous chef that is keen to make their mark in a company with three additional restaurants around the city. While their privately owned, family run restaurants differ in style, all pride themselves in freshly prepared produce and award-winning cuisine.
