Require a communal repairs technical officer to inspect, raise and follow through on a patch of blocks specifically in relation to communal repairs. Being the point of contact for residents and tenants associations. some out of hours work will be required for evening tenants meeting. must be experienced in repairs and raising jobs via netfed codes.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
