About the Company
An award-winning leading law firm are seeking an Early Careers Assistant to join their hard working and collegial team on a 18 month fixed term contract basis.
About the Role
This role provides early careers support across a range of areas. Duties include:
- Planning, logistics and coordination of campus events
- Assisting with applications and updating candidates
- Schedule programmes and manage calendar
- Coordinating and running assessment centres
- Act as first point of contact for applicants and students
- Manage the Campus Ambassador programme and relationships with universities
- Work with external societies
- Manage internship programmes
- Submit expenses
- Ad-hoc administration
Job Requirements
You will be educated to degree level and have a demonstrated interest in graduate recruitment and prior experience in a professional services environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
