Job Description:

Experience of working within an LPA planning department/conservation team at senior level for an LA (5years experience)

Must have own vehicle as will be expected to do site visits

Office days Thursday and Friday - Must be located within a commutable distance

Handling listed building consent applications, providing advice on pre-applications, discharge of conditions, general enquiries and heritage at risk/enforcement input. Also potential for input into local plan update.

6months with break clause at 3months (subject to funding)

£40PH umbrella

 

Budget to go to £40 per hour for the right candidate
