Are you a surgically-minded vet looking to take the lead in a modern, well-equipped practice? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Surgical Vet to join a growing practice in Great Yarmouth, where you’ll focus on surgical excellence while mentoring and supporting a skilled team.

• Salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience)
• Up to £5,000 welcome bonus

As Lead Surgical Vet, you’ll manage a varied surgical caseload and help shape the surgical standards of the practice. You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior vets, contributing to clinical discussions, and improving patient outcomes.

You will:

• Take the clinical lead on soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries
• Support and guide the vet team on surgical best practices
• Work in a supportive team that values clinical progression
• Get protected time for leadership responsibilities

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Strong interest or experience in soft tissue/orthopaedic surgery
