CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist Salary: £32,000 - £35,375

Shifts:

Monday - Thursday 6am – 2pm Friday 6am – 1pm

Monday – Thursday 2pm – 10pm Friday 9am – 4pm

Orion is currently working with a fast-paced manufacturing company based in Derby, We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join their friendly team and work hands-on in a FMCG environment.  

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating CNC machines
• Milling, turning & lathe operation

CNC Machinist Experience:

• Competent in setting running and understanding a Mill Turn Lathe
• Experienced in Mazak & Fanuc systems
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• To be able to produce components to drawing tolerance and specifications
• Strong communication
• Problem solving/trouble shooting
