Planning Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Islington, £294 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1517108

1 day a week in the office.

• Drafting and negotiating section 106 unilateral undertakings and agreements, highways agreements and related matters
• Advising on planning, highways and road traffic matters including drafting or reviewing legal implications in decision reports
• Dealing with contentious planning matters such as judicial reviews and planning appeals
• Attendance at planning committee meetings

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
