Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, polished, and client-focused Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a prestigious financial services firm. This is a key role for someone who takes pride in creating a five-star first impression and thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
This role is part time, 4 days in office – Monday to Thursday (salary pro rata)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Manage the reception area to ensure a seamless and professional environment
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and emails efficiently and courteously
- Coordinate meeting rooms, manage bookings, and ensure rooms are prepared to high standards
- Support the wider office with administrative and hospitality duties as needed
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within financial or professional services
- Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using booking and switchboard systems
- A team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
