We’re recruiting for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a friendly HR team in Welwyn Garden City. This role supports the HR Manager by handling a wide range of HR admin tasks, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while the manager focuses on advising and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR admin across the employee lifecycle – onboarding, contracts, leavers, etc.

  • Updating and maintaining HR systems and employee records

  • Coordinating training, performance reviews, and HR reports

  • Supporting wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives

  • Assisting with internal communications and HR documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in an admin role (HR experience a bonus)

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise

  • Passion for employee wellbeing and engagement

  • Confident using MS Office and HR systems
