An excellent opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected independent agent within their office in Portishead.  

 Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits  

  • OTE up to £36,000 plus further incentives
  • Opportunity for further progression
  • 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Five day working week

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries 
  • Book viewings using the company’s system 
  • Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs 
  • Negotiate and agree offers on behalf of clients
  • Maintain and manage accurate administrative records 
  • Assist in the sales progression
  • Spot and pitch opportunities for new business

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed  

  • Previous experience is advantageous
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills  
  • You will have solid IT skills   
  • You will be well spoken and well presented  
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance 
  • Access to own vehicle and full UK driving licence is essential
