Job Description:

We are recruiting for an organised, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales function by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, processing orders, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth operations from initial enquiry to post-sale follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and customer details
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and databases
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing documents, reports, and contracts
  • Liaise with internal departments (finance, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfilment
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Process and track orders, follow up on outstanding items, and update customers accordingly
  • Prepare invoices and assist in credit control as needed
  • Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and client communications
  • Generate and maintain regular sales reports for management

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
