We’re working with a well-established and rapidly growing signage company based in the Manchester area, known for delivering high-impact projects across the UK.

They’re now looking to recruit a Lead Sign Fitter to join their experienced team on a full-time, permanent basis.

• Leading signage installation jobs on-site, working with internal and external signage, including illuminated and fabricated signs.

• Overseeing junior fitters and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.

• Liaising with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.

• Ensuring safe and compliant work practices in line with H&S standards.

• Proven experience in sign fitting and installation, ideally in a lead or senior role.

• CSCS card – Essential

• Full UK Driving Licence – Essential

• IPAF and PASMA certifications – Highly desirable but not essential

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet on-site.

• Comfortable working at height and using hand/power tools confidently.

• Competitive hourly rate up to £16/hr (depending on experience)
