We’re searching for a Quality Engineer who doesn’t just tick boxes but raises the bar – someone who thrives on fixing root causes, improving systems, and making sure what goes out the door is nothing short of outstanding.
As their newly appointed Quality Engineer you will;
- Own production quality – enhance technician training, ensure consistent workmanship, and lead inspections with purpose.
- Act as the voice of quality for customers – manage investigations, audits and satisfaction metrics, turning feedback into measurable improvement.
- Embed quality into innovation – collaborate with design and NPI teams to ensure every new product is built for success from day one.
- Champion supplier excellence – support selection, drive accountability, and build strong, performance-led relationships.
- Shape and sustain robust systems – streamline documentation, support audits, and help uphold certification standards.
To have your CV shortlisted you need to be able to demonstrate;
- Well versed and confidently able to run Root Cause Analysis investigations
- Comfortably communicate and support with Suppliers on supplier quality requests/queries/audits
- Interpret and read engineering drawings so that you can input from a quality standpoint on Design Reviews as well as NPI initiatives
- Have worked in a manufacturing environment (in a quality role) that operate to a minimum of ISO9001, bonus if you have worked to higher standards such as; ISO16949/13485/9100
