Location: West Midlands

Salary: Circa £35,000, plus commission and benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Print Sales Executive to join a well-established and growing print business in Staffordshire. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong background in print sales to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for print solutions, a track record of winning new business, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial print sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a wide range of high-quality print solutions, including litho, digital, and bespoke printed products.
• Work closely with internal teams, including production and customer service, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic sales planning.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven track record in print sales, with experience in litho and digital print solutions.
• Strong ability to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the print production process and an ability to offer tailored solutions to clients.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and high-quality print solutions.
