We're working with a well-established corrugated packaging manufacturer as they look to expand their production team with a Case Maker.

Working on a high-spec corrugated casemaker equipped with two-colour flexographic print, you’ll be responsible for full machine setup, operation, and maintenance—leading the charge on shift and ensuring high standards across quality, output, and safety.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• (39 hours per week, overtime paid at enhanced rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee setup/changeovers of a high-speed Weipong corrugated casemaker

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting

• Maintain quality control over print and finished boxes

• Lead by example, working with the team to hit production targets

• Ensure compliance with H&S and company standards

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience operating Weipong or similar casemaking equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and maintenance capabilities

• Familiarity with flexographic print systems (2-colour minimum)

• A proactive, reliable team player who takes ownership of their work

What’s On Offer:

• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
