Job Description:

A Private Equity firm is seeking an organised and dynamic Team Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Team Assistant will assist the deal team in their day-to-day activities, relieving them of administrative tasks and responsibilities.  You will be the strategic right-hand individual to the team and will be managing heavy travel logistics daily, diary management, managing documents, liaising with clients and beyond.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar support role
  • Strong technical abilities in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Keen eye for detail and client oriented 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial industry knowledge advantageous
