What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the National Account Manager with day-to-day management of key Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts.
• Take ownership of listings, content optimisation, stock availability, pricing, and promotional activity on Amazon.
• Track orders, monitor performance metrics (e.g. Buy Box, IPI, chargebacks), and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Liaise with internal supply chain and marketing teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
• Assist with customer presentations, reports, and performance reviews.
• Analyse sales data and make recommendations to improve account performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working within Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central is essential.
• Background in sales support, e-commerce coordination, or account management, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proactive, curious, and driven to learn and grow within the role.
