Job Title Dynamics Business Central Business Analyst

 Location: Queens, NY

Salary: 100,000 – 125,000 per year

 

Our client, a global leader in gourmet hospitality, as we expand their dynamic New York team. We’re looking for a BC365 Data and Business Analyst to play a critical role in aligning operational processes with their global ERP platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with US-based teams to gather business requirements and support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Bridge the gap between local operations and global ERP standards by partnering with the global ERP team to resolve scope differences and design solutions.
  • Define configuration, testing, and data requirements, while maintaining clear documentation of processes, test plans, and training materials.
  • Conduct system testing, validate data accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of custom configurations.
  • Lead user training sessions, promote adoption, and support system rollout through the IT ServiceDesk.
  • Drive project execution, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with operations, warehousing, finance, and IT teams to resolve challenges and deliver improvements.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate ongoing system enhancements aligned with global updates.

 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Solid experience in ERP implementation—ideally Microsoft D365 Business Central (BC365) or NAV—within warehousing, production, or catering environments.
  • Strong understanding of core business areas: finance, supply chain, warehousing, and manufacturing.
  • Ability to document processes and translate them into functional ERP requirements.
  • Experience in testing, configuration, training, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder communication.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Hospitality or airline catering experience is a strong asset.
