Property Manager – Benefits 

• £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary dependent on experience
• Commission structure

Property Manager – Duties 

• Organising repairs and liaising with contractors
• Booking property inspections and check outs, ensuring a swift and positive tenancy turnaround
• Property compliance and ensuring that all legislative certificates are in place
• Tenancy progression and processing referencing applications
• Producing tenancy agreements
• Handling enquiries from Landlords, tenants and third parties
• Managing deposit protections and Right to Rent checks

Property Manager – Experience Needed: 

• Previous Lettings / Property Management experience required
• You must have a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Rent Smart Wales licence
• Good knowledge of Welsh property legislation
• Knowledge of Cardiff and the surrounding suburbs
• IT literate 
• Able to build quick rapport with the general public 
• Ambitious and enthusiastic in nature
