Engineering Project Manager
Location: Redditch
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum DOE
Contract: 18-Month Fixed-Term
Are you a technically skilled Project Manager with a background in engineering or manufacturing? Do you thrive on delivering complex, hands-on projects that involve real-world machinery, automation, and infrastructure upgrades?
We’re supporting a cutting-edge engineering company known for its innovative and value-driven solutions, as they look to bring in an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead a portfolio of technical and impactful projects.
This is a highly visible role, where you’ll oversee engineering projects from concept through to completion, working across automation, packaging, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Of The Project Manager:
- Define and manage technical project scope, specs, and deliverables
- Develop detailed engineering project plans, resource schedules, and cost breakdowns
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams from design to implementation
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
- Liaise with engineering, production, and external vendors to ensure aligned execution
- Champion continuous improvement across processes and systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in engineering or manufacturing project management
- Strong technical understanding of automated systems, packaging machinery, or utilities
- Confident in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Proficient in project management tools and documentation
- Strong problem-solving, budget management, and reporting skills
