D365 Business Central Consultant 120k Bonus – Remote (US-Based)

I’m working closely with a leading Microsoft Partner that’s expanding its Dynamics 365 Business Central team due to continued project demand—especially within the Food & Beverage sector. They’re looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with strong product development experience to join their fully remote team.

Responsibilities

• Act as both Product Owner and Functional Consultant across a portfolio of BC-based products
• Translate customer requirements into user stories and manage a structured development backlog
• Lead and coordinate development sprints and acceptance testing
• Work closely with international teams (especially India and the US) to deliver product releases
• Communicate directly with customers to gather feedback, manage expectations, and support adoption
• Support the creation of internal support structures and documentation
• Align product roadmaps with long-term strategy and architecture standards
• Design and enhance Business Central functionality with a strong understanding of industry best practices

Experience

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central (functional consulting or product development)
• Background in the Food & Beverage industry or experience building vertical solutions
• Strong understanding of financial modules (GL, AR, AP, Project Accounting) within BC
• Previous involvement in AppSource development or ISV collaboration
• Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and coordinating technical delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working remotely across distributed teams
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency

Salary

This role offers a base salary of 120,000 plus a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

Location

This is a fully remote-first role for candidates based anywhere in the US. Occasional travel may be required for internal workshops or client-facing sessions, all fully expensed.
