Maintenance Engineer 

Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £47,035 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts)
Job Type: Permanent

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to join a purpose-driven company at the forefront of sustainability and recycling innovation?

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support operations at a modern facility in Leamington Spa. Youll be part of a dynamic team working to maintain and improve plant performance in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

What Youll Be Doing as a Maintenance Engineer: 

• Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery and equipment

• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical faults (60% electrical / 40% mechanical)

• Working closely with the shift supervisor to ensure smooth plant operations

• Contributing to continuous improvement and plant uptime

• Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times

What Were Looking For in the Maintenance Engineer: 

• Experience in a UK manufacturing or industrial environment

• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding

• Valid UK driving licence (required to operate FLTs)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a shift-based team
