Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor needed in Barnsley

The rate is £19.66ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise on all aspects of building maintenance under the direction of the Repairs & Maintenance Manager and the Senior Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor.

They will be ensuring a targeted right first time and customer focussed approach and will maintain quality and safety throughout the delivery of both Revenue & Capital workstreams.  They will also carry out technical surveys, produce detailed scope of works and drawings, contract management skills to track jobs from end to end and be able to ensure robust financial control across all delegated workstreams.
