Sous chef needed for my client in Oxford.
I am looking for a 1 Rosette Sous Chef to assist the head chef to earn the second rosette.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Daily operational responsibility for food production of the highest standard...
• Training, developing & motivating the more junior members of the team
• Ensuring health, safety & hygiene standards & regulations are enforced
• Stock control & ordering
• Supporting the Head Chef in day to day operations
• To ensure that each dish leaving the kitchen is checked for quality, quantity, presentation and correct temperature.
Salary is dependany on experience £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
This is a beautiful privately owened hotel in Oxford.
