Job Title: Electrical Fitter
Location: Stroud
Salary: £16.50 per hour 2 Bonus Schemes Unlimited Overtime
Shifts: Monday–Thursday 07:30–16:30, Friday 07:30–14:00 (Early finish!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install complex vehicle and equipment circuitry with precision.
• Fit electrical components into vehicle cabs, including cable pulling, wiring panels, and mounting gear.
• Work confidently with 24V systems and interpret detailed schematic drawings.
• Carry out crimping, ferruling, cable routing, and all aspects of electrical installation.
• Collaborate with supervisors to fault-find and resolve issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in electrical engineering or fitting.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ).
• Strong ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Skilled with electrical tools and confident in performing quality self-checks.
• Desirable: Experience in panel wiring or working in a busy workshop environment.
