The rate is £15.56ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead on information governance, including managing Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, data protection issues and handling complaints in line with corporate policy.  The post holder will ensure a managed and coordinated approach to information governance across the portfolio and will represent the portfolio at an organisational level in respect of these matters.

They will work independently from operational services, with sufficient authority and independence to challenge managers to ensure that the Authority’s legal responsibilities with respect to Freedom of information requests are met.
