Full time hours on a temporary basis

Running civil litigation files (housing, homelessness, licensing)
Attending court & meetings (sometimes off-site or out-of-hours)
Advising officers & members in a politically aware way
Mentoring junior team members
Stepping up to support senior lawyers when needed
