The rate is £198.45 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will deliver client-focused legal services in commercial property law. They will maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted legal advisor and will lead, advise on, and prepare legal documentation related to commercial property transactions in the context of local authority law and practice.

They will manage an existing caseload and take on new transactional work as allocated and will demonstrate awareness of and adherence to internal processes including decision-making protocols, time recording, and case management systems.
