Full-time (37 hours per week) Financial Administration Officer contract to start on 20-05-19 until 23-08-19 with a possible extension.
To assist with the financial processes supporting Social Care clients. Contact with the public is required, so candidates must be resilient and able to deal sympathetically with clients. Experience of working with clients with disabilities or learning difficulties is desirable. Experience of financial work is essential and back ground in similar role would be desirable. Ability to work accurately under high levels of pressures and deadlines with frequent changes of responsibility. Ability to work on own initiative and with the minimum of supervision within a complex area. At least 3 GCE O Levels or GCSE grade C or above including English and Maths. Demonstrate ability to manage and organise a wide range of financial administration functions and high degree of numeracy. Excellent communications skills and ability to deal sympathetically with people in difficult circumstances. Proven IT skills to a high level including Word and Excel.
