What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a key point of contact for sales enquiries, responding promptly to emails and calls.

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Provide detailed support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.

  • Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the wider sales team to follow up.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible sales experience for customers.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports to support the sales function.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team.

  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable, with an eye for detail.

  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Previous experience with sales administration, ERP/MRP systems, or order processing is desirable.
