Are you a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a background in FMCG environments? Do you thrive on solving problems quickly and efficiently to keep production lines running at their best? If so, we’d love to talk. We’re looking for a shift maintenance engineer to join our multiple award-winning company.  You’ll be a part of making sure the operations run smoothly at our manufacturing site in Essex.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to reduce downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to meet operational goals.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Multi-skilled engineer with mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
• Proven experience performing maintenance and fault-finding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
