Job Description:
Children arrive excited to learn, supported by engaging activities and a rich outdoor environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and physical development. Staff set clear routines and have high expectations for all children, including those with SEND. Strong partnerships with families and shared learning experiences help ensure children are well-prepared for their next stage.
Duties as an Early Years Practitioner:
Supervising and engaging children in a range of fun and educational activities after school and during holiday sessions
Supporting the emotional, social and physical development of each child
Ensuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment at all times
Assisting with planning and setting up play opportunities and activities
Maintaining effective communication with parents and staff
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
Previous experience working with children in an early years or playwork setting
A caring, enthusiastic and flexible approach as an Early Years Practitioner.
