Multi Trade Operative Required - Plymouth

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Plymouth area to work on social housing properties doing all aspects of planned maintenance work. 

Permanent role on the books with a very busy and reputable contractor paying around £35,000 per annum van and fuel card. Pay every 2 weeks and 20 days holiday bank holidays. 

Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:

• All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.
• Driving the work van safely and responsibly
• Reporting to your supervisor

Multi Trade Operative Requirements:

• Good multi trade experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing beneficial
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
