Chartered Surveyor – Disrepair, Damp & Mould
Location: East London with hybrid working
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We're working in partnership with a property services company to recruit an experienced Chartered Surveyor. This role is focused on housing disrepair, with a strong emphasis on damp and mould diagnosis across residential properties. You’ll carry out inspections, provide technical reports, support legal proceedings, and help deliver high-quality, customer-focused repairs.
Key Requirements:MRICS or MCIOB qualified (essential)
Strong knowledge of housing disrepair legislation
Experience diagnosing and managing damp/mould cases
Excellent report writing and stakeholder management skills
Background in social housing or public sector desirable
