Assistant Building Safety Manager

Location: London with hybrid working

Salary: Up to £41,000 plus essential car users allowance

Contract: Permanent, full time

 

We’re working with one of the largest housing providers in the country to recruit an Assistant Building Safety Manager to support their well-established Building Safety team. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in building safety through hands-on site inspections and involvement in Building Safety Case Reports.

 

You’ll assist the Building Safety Manager with:

  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with current safety regulations.
  • Gathering building information and contributing to Safety Case Reports.
  • Liaising with residents, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain a safe built environment.

 

The successful applicant to this role will possess:

  • A minimum Level 4 qualification in Building Safety (essential).
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of the housing sector and operational building safety context.
  • Excellent customer service and commercial awareness.
