The successful candidate will provide appropriate staff with specialist training and development to fulfil their respective roles and any future training that may become the responsibility of Training Learning and Development. This will be achieved by using a variety of recognised and effective delivery methods.

Providing training and development to known national guidelines in any area of the Force in addition to any other training that may be required from time to time.
