We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher for a long-term temporary role starting January 2026, with potential for ongoing placement.This opportunity is within a secondary school that has seen positive changes over the past two years. • Deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support pupils in developing problem-solving and analytical skills
• Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

Ideal Candidate for Maths Teacher Role

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialism in Mathematics or a related subject
• Experience teaching Maths in secondary schools
• Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Maths Teacher.
• Adaptable and confident working across different year groups
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
